Shipping Policy

We offer free standard shipping on US orders of $100 or more to be delivered in the 48 contiguous states. Order subtotal value must be $100 before taxes. Free shipping is automatically reflected at checkout. Free shipping does not apply to expedited orders.

For US orders under $100 see shipping costs below. Orders are shipped with Standard Shipping unless you select an alternative. Please use the chart below to estimate shipping and handling charges based on the pre-tax value of US orders. Terms of offer are subject to change without notice.

Orders with Standard Shipping selected may ship via a variety of carriers, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Some UPS or FedEx orders may be delivered by the USPS. As soon as orders are shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number as well as delivery notification emails.

Orders shipped to PO Boxes are sent via First-Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail. Express and/or Premium shipping is not offered for these locations.

We offer expedited shipping on all items within the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship International orders or orders shipping outside of the 48 contiguous United States.

Return Policy

Non-personalized items are able to be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date the product was shipped. Any issues with an order must be reported within this time frame.
Return shipping fee is $7.90 and will be deducted from the refund total.
Product must be in original packaging, unused, and in new condition.
Returns from two separate orders may not be combined into a single package.
Original shipping fee will not be refunded when a return is made.

You will receive a flat rate shipping label for a fee of $7.90, which will be deducted from your refund. You have 14 days from the date of the return request to give the return to the carrier to send back to us.
